We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Update customer information using our CRM system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support the office with administrative tasks.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or office experience.
- Appointment scheduling experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Healthcare or insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday during regular business hours.
