Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our East Orlando sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
- Lifting ( up tp 100lbs) required in the warehouse as well as loading consumer's vehicle
- Working in the warehouse prepping and testing appliances before they go to the sales floor
- Ensure all areas are tidy and well-organized, including workstations, storage areas, and common spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep the workspace in top condition.
- Arrange and display products neatly and attractively to enhance customer experience and promote sales.
- Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
