Position Summary
The Distributor Division of Omni Metalcraft is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help ensure conveyor and material handling projects move smoothly from order entry through shipment. This role serves as a key communication link between customers and internal departments, helping coordinate schedules, track project milestones, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across multiple departments to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Follow up on outstanding action items and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping teams.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues.
- Support efforts to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

- Experience with ERP or business management systems is beneficial but not required.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or material handling industry experience is helpful but not required.

- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant education, training, or experience is beneficial. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Previous project coordination, customer service, manufacturing, or administrative experience preferred.
