Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound marketing calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and call lists
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-up and appointment setting
- Support the service team with administrative tasks and policy-related documentation
- Help organize client information and maintain accurate records in agency systems
- Assist with quoting preparation and gathering required documents
- Provide general office support as needed
