As a Coverage Concierge, you are the voice of CoverageX: answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every customer hangs up confident that their protection works.

What You’ll Do
- Own calls end-to-end: Handle inquiries regarding claims, coverage, billing, and service, resolving them on the first call whenever possible.
- Build loyalty: Turn frustrated callers into lifelong customers through fast, transparent, and honest answers.
- Identify risk: Spot at-risk customers early and seamlessly transition potential cancellations to our Retention team.
- Maintain quality records: Keep clean, detailed, and accurate notes inside our CRM/ticketing system.
- Grow professionally: Learn and improve through consistent call reviews. Strong Concierge agents here frequently promote into high-earning Retention and leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced environment where you took care of people under pressure).
- A natural problem-solver who prefers fixing an issue over transferring it.
- A high personal standard—clear, friendly, and professional on every interaction.
- Strong verbal communication and professional writing skills.
- Reliability—on-site, on time, Monday through Friday.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
Pay & Incentives
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $22.00/hour.
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (after 90 days).
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid federal holidays.
- Growth Track: Perform well here, and you'll get a direct path into our high-earning Retention team where commission upside is uncapped.
