MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.

Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.

Communicate status with leadership and customers.

Ensure software standards are applied consistently.

Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.

Collaborate with other CNO Developers.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years, OR a PhD with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.

Proficiency in Python, C/C++ or Assembly (x86/x64) programming

CNO capability development experience

Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile).

Troubleshooting / debugging experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in IT-related discipline

9+ years of position-specific relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
