Busy Private Dental Practice looking for experienced Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will assist dentist in crown and bridge procedures, dentures and partials as well as a variety of other treatment procedures. Dentrix experience preferred.
We are a 2-Doctor, 4-Hygienist practice with a patient base that spans back over 25 years, so customer service is extremely important to us!
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental assisting and chairside assisting
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar softwares
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
