Daniels Plumbing is hiring an experienced, licensed Residential Install Plumber to complete pre-sold residential plumbing projects.
This is a dedicated installation position. You will not be expected to run sales calls or generate your own work. Our sales team will provide the approved scope, and your responsibility will be to complete each installation correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-sold residential plumbing installations
- Review job scopes and confirm required materials before beginning work
- Install water heaters, repipes, sewer and water lines, fixtures, filtration systems, and other residential plumbing projects
- Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and company quality standards
- Communicate job progress or scope concerns with the office
- Keep customers informed throughout the installation
- Document completed work, materials, notes, and photos in ServiceTitan
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked company vehicle
- Lead and direct a helper when assigned
- Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean jobsite
Requirements:
- Active Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited License or higher required
- Residential plumbing installation experience required
- Able to complete installations independently from an approved scope
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
- Must own the basic hand tools required for the trade
- Dependable and able to work without constant supervision
