Abbington of Arlington Assisted Living is searching for an Executive Director.
Abbington of Arlington is a 44 bed assisted living community locally owned and operated.
As the Executive Director you will be responsible for complete oversight of the community and day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adequate staffing and quality of employees
- Marketing and sales
- Communication with staff, residents and families
- Maintain budgeted occupancy and achieve financial goals
Required Skills and Qualifications Associates degree preferred Two years Executive Director experience
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Management experience
- Senior living experience
