Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, partnership activities, and service coordination
- Support business development efforts and identify new client opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance, client feedback, reports, and service updates
- Prepare proposals, presentations, client communications, and partnership documentation
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen client engagement and business results
- Maintain accurate records, follow-up schedules, and client relationship updates
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in client partnerships, business development, account management, enterprise services, consulting support, or commercial operations
- Previous team coordination or client-facing management experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, service teams, or professional services organizations is an advantage

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
