Independent Contractor Driver – Non Emergency Medical Transport

We are looking for drivers who are prepared to move through onboarding promptly.
Contacted candidates must:
- Have access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Be available for Orientation 48-72 hours after submitting application
- Must have an F-Endorsement and DOT (or be willing to obtain them within 48 hours after orientation)

Make-A-Way Transport is actively expanding our transportation network in the Eastern region and is seeking dependable, professional drivers who are ready to begin the onboarding process and start accepting routes.

Vehicle Requirement
- Drivers are expected to use their own reliable personal vehicle that meets operational and safety standards
- Service Areas Include:
- Knoxville and surrounding areas such as: Sweetwater, Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Greeneville, Sevierville, Jefferson City, Hawkins County

Pay Structure:
- Drivers can earn up to $1,200 per week or more, depending on:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive regional routes between cities and counties
- Transport clients to essential medical appointments and other essential services
- Drive scheduled routes across assigned areas (local or regional)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and punctuality
- Provide consistent, respectful, and compassionate service
- Operate independently while following company service standards

Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Comfortable with local and/or regional driving
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- F-Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- DOT Medical Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior driving or transportation experience preferred
