TOSCO REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated HVAC Technician who is cross-trained in multiple trades. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can independently perform HVAC work while also assisting with general construction and property maintenance projects.
The successful candidate must have experience in heating and air conditioning systems as well as a strong background in carpentry, framing, painting, and general repairs. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in quality workmanship and can effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and management.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues.
- Complete framing, carpentry, drywall, and finish work as needed.
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects.
- Assist with general property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document completed work and communicate project updates.
- Respond to maintenance service calls as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems independently.
- Experience with framing, carpentry, painting, and general construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $32.00 per hour, with significant opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance, skill level, and demonstrated abilities.
- This position is classified as a 1099-NEC Independent Contractor role.
