Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour + Performance Commissions + Bonuses
Expected Earnings: $45,000–$70,000+ annually based on production

Grace Light Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and advanced aesthetic treatments that produce real results.
This position is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys educating clients, building long-term relationships, recommending comprehensive treatment plans, and growing alongside an expanding medical aesthetics practice.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is eager to continue learning, and takes pride in helping clients achieve confidence through safe, evidence-based aesthetic care.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Current Michigan Esthetician License
- Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience performing advanced facial treatments AND some light-based/laser treatments
- Experience conducting professional consultations and developing customized treatment plans
- Strong retail recommendation and client education skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and communication
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
Required Clinical Experience
Candidates must have practical experience performing most or all of the following:
- Advanced facials
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Laser hair removal
- Laser skin rejuvenation
- Body contouring treatments
Required Training
Applicants must provide documentation of formal laser education, including one of the following:
- Manufacturer-issued training certificate(s)
- Recognized laser certification program
- Other documented advanced laser training
Training certificates must be submitted during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations
- Deliver exceptional treatment experiences
- Educate clients on treatment plans and home care
- Recommend appropriate skincare products
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms meet Grace Light standards
- Promote memberships and ongoing treatment programs
- Participate in ongoing education and manufacturer training
Compensation
- Starting wage: $16.50/hour
- Performance-based service commissions
