Job Description:
Iron Horse Security is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a loss prevention assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This position requires a polished appearance, strong situational awareness, and excellent customer service skills. Officers must maintain a professional presence at all times while helping ensure a safe and secure environment. We are needing someone to work our fixed part-time hours and fixed full-time hours. One of these positions will be a supervisor position for this site.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide loss prevention and general security services
- Maintain a visible, professional presence
- Monitor activity and report incidents as required
- Interact professionally with clients, customers, and staff
- Adhere to all company policies and post orders
Requirements:
- Valid New Mexico Unarmed Guard License (required)
- Previous loss prevention or security experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
