Position Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible Supervising Pharmacist to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy and ensure the highest standards of patient care, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and professional practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Supervising Pharmacist and provide professional oversight of pharmacy operations.
- Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Review and verify prescriptions accurately and ensure appropriate medication dispensing.
- Provide professional counseling and medication-related guidance to patients.
- Monitor medication safety, quality assurance, inventory control, and proper storage of medications.
- Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in NEW YORK
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
