What's the role?
Job Details:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Assign tasks and schedule shifts for team members (drivers and order picker)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and meet customer demands
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Report to Warehouse Manager daily or as required
- Other tasks such as storage and restocking, pick orders, receiving shipment, inventory management and return process and customer service at the warehouse pick-up counter.
Requirements:
- Read, Write, Speak English.
- Must have the basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Qualifications:
- Knowledge about car parts (Optional).
- Valid driver license with clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required ( lift minimum of 50 pounds)
- Warehouse experience with knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
- Experience and skills in inventory management.
