ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, and freezers, beer chillers, and all refrigerators.
2. Maintains working condition of restaurant equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers, etc.
3. Monitors temperature controls and makes adjustments to tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to keep customers comfortable.
4. Responsible for ordering parts, receiving and stocking parts and maintaining parts inventory.
5. Designs and installs refrigeration, heating and air conditioning equipment.
6. Designs and installs ducting, grills, controls for changes, and new additions to heating/air conditioning systems.
7. Maintains pressure washers and air filters.
8. Other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or C.E.O.
