Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Genetic Counselor to join our team at Luminary Genetics.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, Remote, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Compensation: $85,000 to $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.
How You’ll Contribute
In this role, the Genetic Counselor will:
- Responsible for patient care on a day-to-day basis.
- Patient care and case management for PGT-A, PGT-SR, PGT-M and POC
- IVF clinic communication and management for all clinical care
- Liaison between all departments
- Team projects and collaboration for both internal and external purposes
- They work as part of a interdisciplinary team to provide a high quality of service to all Luminary Genetics patients and their IVF clinics.
- They are responsible for helping patients understand the process of PGT, their options, their results and its implications.
- When appropriate, they will also represent Luminary Genetics at industry and conference events.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Graduate of a Genetic Counseling Master's Degree program
- Board Certified
- GC Licensed in one or more states
- 1-3 years prior experience in ART/IVF preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good research skills
- Tech Savvy
- Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
