Workforce Pro Lab Screening is seeking a male Lab Specialist / Clinical Aide to join our team in Hiram, GA.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with drug testing, observed collections, phlebotomy/blood draws, and mask fit testing. This role will involve working with male donors during observed collections where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Perform DOT and non-DOT drug screenings
- Perform observed urine collections for male donors
- Maintain proper chain of custody
- Perform blood draws/phlebotomy
- Perform mask fit testing
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for shipment
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Use systems such as FormFox, Quest Diagnostics, and similar platforms
- Maintain a clean and professional testing environment
- Follow all applicable DOT, OSHA, and laboratory procedures
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
Qualification
- Previous laboratory, drug testing, phlebotomy, or clinical experience
- Experience performing observed drug testing
- Experience with mask fit testing
- Comfortable and experienced with blood draws
- Experience using FormFox, Quest Diagnostics, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Phlebotomy certification or relevant clinical credentials preferred
Schedule: Monday through Thursday (9:00am to 3:00pm)
Pay: $22.50 an hour
Location: Hiram, GA
