Position Summary
Quality Warehouse & Distribution, operated by Cinco Family Investments LLC, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate (Forklift & Clamp Truck Operator) to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and clamp trucks while assisting with the movement, storage, loading, unloading, and handling of customer inventory.
The ideal candidate is safety conscious, detail oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while contributing to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Receive, stage, and store customer inventory.
- Prepare outbound shipments for pickup.
- Perform inventory transactions and support inventory accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Assist with hand unloading, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Perform other warehouse responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
- Previous experience operating forklifts and clamp trucks in a warehouse environment required.
- Forklift and clamp truck certification required, or the ability to successfully complete Quality Warehouse & Distribution's equipment certification process prior to operating equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve while contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require.
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment with frequent forklift and clamp truck operation.
- Regular standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Indoor and outdoor work may be required depending on operational needs.

Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
