Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The Crew Member will assist in various roles within the restaurant to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Perform food preparation
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Experience:
- Prior experience in a quick-service fast-food is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation techniques is a plus
