Premier Construction and Pavers is a growing pool construction, pool renovation, paver, and outdoor living company looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:
- Office Manager / Construction Administrator
- Pool Service Technician

Office Manager / Construction Administrator
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and can help manage the day-to-day operations of a growing construction company. The right candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping projects organized from contract signing through completion.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to homeowners
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and project meetings
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates and scheduling
- Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, and customer documents
- Assist with project coordination and maintaining job schedules
- Organize permits, inspections, and project paperwork
- Maintain customer files and company records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice tracking
- Enter and update information in company software systems
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Help improve office systems and processes as the company continues to grow
Qualifications:
- Previous office management, administrative, or construction office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable learning construction management software and technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks, Jobber, Buildertrend, or similar software is a plus
- Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work

Pool Service Technician
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to provide exceptional pool maintenance and customer service throughout South Florida. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform weekly residential and commercial pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Add and adjust chemicals as needed
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush walls, steps, tile, and vacuum pools
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation
- Identify and report equipment issues or needed repairs
- Maintain accurate service records using company software
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous pool service experience preferred, but not required
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida heat and weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
