This is an ideal role for a Physical Therapist who values holistic care, collaboration across disciplines, and working in a healing-centered environment. You’ll have the opportunity to play a role in our new movement and physical wellness program.
The focus of this role is individualized patient care that supports recovery, functional movement, chronic condition management, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. You’ll work alongside our integrative providers to deliver coordinated care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy sessions tailored to client needs and functional goals
- Collaborate with referring providers (naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc.) as part of a shared care plan
- Support clients managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or improving mobility and strength
- Help shape the new movement and rehabilitation program during its development phase
- Maintain appropriate documentation and professional standards in accordance with Oregon licensing laws
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Clinical experience, ideally including outpatient, functional rehab, or integrative care settings
- Strong interest in holistic health and whole-person wellness
- Skilled in working with diverse populations and adapting care accordingly
- Trauma-informed or somatic-based experience is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Pay: $77,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
