Job Overview
We’re a growing local cleaning company looking for a dependable Cleaning Team Lead who takes pride in their work and can confidently handle cleanings with little to no supervision.
This role is for someone who naturally notices the small details, works with care, and shows up consistently. If you’re someone who rushes through jobs or just needs a temporary paycheck, this will not be the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on residential and commercial cleaning jobs
- Perform high-quality cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
- Work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Maintain consistent quality across every job
- Communicate clearly with the owner regarding job updates
- Assist in training new team members when needed (no managing required)
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Cleaning experience preferred, but not required for the right person
- Ability to work mornings and weekends
Schedule
- Part-time: 15-25 hours per week
- Mix of residential & commercial jobs
- Consistent weekly schedule
Pay
- $21.50–$24.50/hour (based on experience & performance)
