Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff training and development. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff supervision.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production to minimize waste.
- Train new team members on food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures.
- Support management in budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all restaurant areas.
Experience
- Previous assistant manager experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is essential.
- Proven background in food service management with knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and managing hospitality teams.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, culinary processes, and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews.
- Background in casual dining or hotel food service environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze profit and loss statements while managing budgets effectively.

Pay: $45,697.93 - $55,055.57 per year
