Key Responsibilities:
As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of title paperwork for our customers' motorcycles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and verifying title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Inputting relevant information into our systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing of titles
- Maintaining organized records of all title-related transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to titles
Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing title documents and pay strict attention to detail.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for managing a high volume of title transactions efficiently.
Independent Work: Ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Notary Certification: Being a notary is a HUGE plus.
State of Illinois titling processes preferred
CVR experience is preferred
Experience: Previous vehicle title processing experience is preferred. We are open to hiring and providing training for the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and aptitude.
Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour.
