This job's main focus is to be the liaison between the front and back of house. You must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring all orders are correct, assisting in final preparation of dishes, transfering important information between wait and kitchen staff, etc.
