Job Title: Caregiver (Part-Time Evening Shift)
Location: Stafford, VA 22554
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide evening companion care for a client in Stafford, VA. This position focuses on ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and engage in friendly conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping (tidying up, dishes, etc.)
- Support with routine evening activities
- Monitor safety and provide supervision
- Assist with dementia-related care needs, including redirection and reassurance
Qualifications:
- Experience with dementia care preferred
- Patient, dependable, and attentive
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and provide respectful support
