Multi-site Maintenance Technician
Location: Merrimack Valley, MA
Pay Range: $35-$38/hour
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of condominium communities throughout the Merrimack Valley area.
This position focuses on exterior maintenance, common areas, and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.
Responsibilities:
- Exterior property maintenance and repairs
- Painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs
- Basic plumbing, electrical and landscape
- Gutter cleaning and drainage maintenance
- Concrete and pothole repairs
- Signage installation and repairs
- Door and lock repairs
- Fire door inspections
- Maintaining curb appeal
Requirements:
- 3+ years maintenance, facilities, or construction experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and landscape
- Truck or van to transport tools and equipment
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently and travel between properties
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
