We are looking for a Thrift Store manager. This position is responsible for managing staff, training, scheduling, and store operations. The position is just one on a team of go-getters. We think big, work hard, and have a great time serving our community.
The job entails working full-time, having autonomy within your role as head of the department, and a nature that lends to creating organization and systems.
As a Thrift Store Manager, you will:
· Develop store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentorship and providing feedback to store staff.
· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentorship and providing feedback to sales staff.
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
· Report daily financials and maintain POS system.
· Schedule pick-up and drop-offs and be the face of donor relationships.
· Manage media and community relations for the store.
-Create staff/volunteer schedules
· Play great music and create a fun working environment.
Our Ideal Thrift Store Manager will have:
- 3+ years experience empowering a team.
- Understanding of retail, restocking, cashiering, and community relations.

- Create and sustain an online sales platform
- Be able and have no issue with lifting 50+lbs regularly.
