Job Summary
We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team.
This is hands-on, physical work, primarily residential with some light commercial jobs. If you’re comfortable with ladders, enjoy working outside, and want to get paid based on performance — not just hours, this role is for you.
We train the right person. What matters most is work ethic, attitude, and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential windows, screens, and glass doors
- Ladder work (1–3 stories max — no high-rise work)
- Gutter cleaning and other exterior services (training provided)
- Loading/unloading equipment and keeping the vehicle organized
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Taking before/after photos and confirming job completion
Pay & Compensation
- 20% commission per job (paid per completed job, not hourly)
- Strong technicians typically earn $20–$30+ per hour equivalent
- Tips are yours to keep
- Bonus opportunities available for performance
Vehicle & Travel Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (truck, SUV, or hatchback preferred)
- Vehicle will be used to travel between job sites and transport equipment
- Equipment is stored at a central storage location and loaded/unloaded at the beginning and end of the day
- Gas stipend or mileage compensation provided (details discussed during interview)
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Hours can vary week to week depending on job volume
- Training begins within the next few weeks (flexible start date)

- Willing to travel locally to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Prior window cleaning or exterior work experience is a plus, but not required
