We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Set up complimentary breakfast including food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor food stations to ensure freshness and availability of items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Preparation of breakfast items and maintain as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest relations.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Good communication skills, including phone etiquette for any guest inquiries.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
