Gardenview Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality home care to our patients. We are looking for individuals who are professional, patient-centered, and committed to maintaining the dignity, safety, and comfort of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and assist with transfers as needed
- Perform minor household chores related to patient care
- Assist in preparing meals as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plan and agency policies
Requirements:
- Active HHA license
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Compassionate and attentive to patient needs
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living
- Strong communication skills with patients and care team
