Position Overview
Bold Wealth Management Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized Accountant to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on keeping our books accurate, our financial records clean, and our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly across multiple entities.
We operate across commercial real estate development, construction, brokerage, and leasing. The selected candidate will be responsible for the hands-on accounting work that keeps everything organized, covering daily transactions and reconciliations through to monthly reporting and cash flow tracking.
This is an entry- to mid-level position suited for someone with 2 to 4 years of accounting experience who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow within a dynamic real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Daily Accounting
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions across all entities
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany balances on a regular basis
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in existing records
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial documentation
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Manage incoming invoices, outgoing payments, and vendor records
- Track collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports and flag items requiring attention
Monthly Reporting & Close
- Support month-end close processes and prepare standard financial statements including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Assist in intercompany reconciliation and consolidated reporting
- Maintain budget-versus-actual tracking and assist with variance reporting
Cash Flow & Forecasting
- Monitor weekly cash position and update rolling cash flow schedules
- Track expected receipts, upcoming payments, and operating obligations
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes
Leadership Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare clear, well-organized financial summaries and reports for leadership on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Build and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial results, trends, and key metrics to leadership
- Use Excel pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to analyze data and present financial information in a clear and digestible format
- Ensure all presentations are accurate, visually clean, and ready for executive review prior to distribution
Systems & Organization
- Operate the company's accounting software, including QuickBooks Enterprise, advanced editions, or similar platforms, and maintain accurate records within the system
- Help improve and standardize accounting workflows as the company grows
- Coordinate with the external CPA and advisors as needed for year-end and tax preparation
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise, advanced editions, or comparable accounting software
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial tracking
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to build clean, professional presentations for leadership review
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting or intercompany transactions
- Familiarity with cash flow tracking and budget management
- Experience preparing recurring financial reports or executive-level presentations
