Job Description
Mental Health Counseling of Nazareth is a growing private practice seeking a licensed associate counselor to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking for flexibility, steady referrals, and support in building a caseload without the burden of managing a practice.
We handle billing, referrals, and administrative support—so you can focus on providing quality care to your clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy (individual, couples, and/or family)
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain a consistent schedule and caseload
Requirements
- Active Licensed Associate Professional Counselor-Pennsylvania
- Malpractice/liability insurance (will provide support with this if needed)
- Type 1 NPI (will provide support with this if needed)
- Ability to work independently and reliably
Preferred
- Evening or weekend availability
- Experience working with adolescents, adults, or couples
Schedule
- Weekend in-person office hours (Saturday & Sunday)
- Monday 12:30pm-evening in person office hours available
- Friday 2:30pm-evening in person office hours available
- Tuesday-Friday (telehealth)

- In-person or hybrid (Nazareth / Lehigh Valley area)
