Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chimney Repair or Service Technician to join our team. This position will involve routinely performing chimney repair and installation work primarily in the Upper Cumberland region of TN
Responsibilities
- Sweep and inspect chimneys (if in service role)
- Write up inspections and estimates (if in service role)
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repair, or installation tasks
- Effectively manage job-site and apprentice
- Maintain clean and orderly work vehicle
- Document performed work through photos
- Diligently follow NFPA and IRC guidelines along with any additional company standards
Requirements
- Must have prior experience and currently or formerly held certification through NCSG, CSIA, NFI etc
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and other employees
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks
- Must be comfortable with heights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
Experience:
- chimney repair: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CSIA, NCSG, NFI or F.I.R.E. certification (Required)
