FlynnStone is seeking a dependable and hardworking Decorative Concrete Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction and decorative concrete industry. No prior concrete experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
As a Decorative Concrete Technician, you will assist with preparing concrete surfaces and installing decorative flooring systems including epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and other specialty finishes. This position involves hands-on work, learning new skills, and working closely with experienced team members to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete grinding, surface preparation, and repairs
- Help install decorative concrete and floor coating systems
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and project managers
- Represent FlynnStone professionally on jobsites
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
