Position Overview
The technician will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, using state-of-the-art equipment and innovative practices. Your expertise will help keep our customers safe and satisfied. We routinely do heavy line work, promising top hours to qualified techs. Hours required are Monday through Friday, 8-5PM. No weekends or overtime if you don't want them, but available if you do.

· Located at 321 SE Douglas in Downtown Lee’s Summit
· Employment Type: Full-time
· Salary: Competitive, based on experience and production. Guaranteed hours.

Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose vehicle problems using computerized and manual methods
· Heavy line work. Transmission and engine R&R
· Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks
· Repair or replace worn parts, including brakes, suspensions, exhaust systems, and electrical components
· Conduct safety inspections according to Missouri state standards
· Work with service advisors to provide clear estimates and updates to customers
· Document work performed and maintain accurate repair records
· Stay updated on new automotive technologies and attend training sessions as required
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
· Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
· Strong work ethic
· Your best ability is your availability
· Have or are willing to get Missouri MVI license
· Certification from a recognized automotive program (ASE preferred, but not required). Seeking motivated tech willing and able to complete 50+ hrs/weekly at a professional level.
· Must have or be willing to acquire tools to complete average repairs.
· Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
· Experience with diagnostic tools and repair software
· Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of computerized vehicle systems
· Ability to work on all makes and models, foreign and domestic.
· Knowledge of module programming

Additional Info
·Experience is a must. The position will command competence in a timely manner, with quality results being most important. Qualified techs can count on 50+hours/weekly.
· Certification is not mandatory, but candidates with ASE or similar credentials will be given priority.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
