This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager at Brennan Companies, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
- Leading public and private work bidding efforts and estimating costs.
- Negotiating and executing contracts and change orders with subcontractors and owners.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve project details.
- Tracking project financials, budgets, and subcontractor invoices.
- Managing and adjusting project schedules and milestones.
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor, subcontractor, or design).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, RFIs, and AIA General Conditions.
- Experience with public and private bidding, quantity takeoffs, and estimating.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project; experience with Procore, BlueBeam, and iSqFt is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
