Security Officer Secure Entry Specialist
As a Security Officer Secure Entry Specialist in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Monitor and document employee, visitor, and delivery access at entry and exit points, checking credentials and directing authorized individuals according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership when needed.

Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by observing access points, screening vehicles and/or deliveries when required, and reporting irregularities.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, loading areas, and perimeter zones, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
