VERDI Motors is a fast-growing electric golf cart and low-speed vehicle (LSV) manufacturer serving dealers across the United States. As our production volume continues to grow, we are looking for a Production & Operations Manager to help lead daily warehouse, production, inventory, and shipping operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, solves problems, and helps keep the entire operation running smoothly. This is not a desk-based or supervisory-only position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and production operations
- Coordinate production schedules and shipping priorities
- Ensure carts are completed and shipped on time
- Manage inventory organization and parts availability
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Support assembly, staging, loading, and warehouse activities when needed
- Help train, support, and develop warehouse team members
- Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and workflow
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, logistics, automotive, powersports, or related industries
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor daily
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
