Job description:
We’re growing fast and looking for a strong Assistant Manager to help lead our stores and expansion.
Schedule
6 days a week
Must be flexible with hours and locations
Compensation
Base salary: $600–$700/week
Commission + performance bonuses
Growth opportunities as we open new locations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer service & retail
Strong sales mindset
Experience creating and managing staff schedules
Ability to drive to Houston and support multiple locations
Comfortable helping with events and pop-ups
Knowledge of permits / basic business requirements
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
Drive sales and improve customer experience
Help create schedules and manage daily operations
Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization
Bring ideas to improve store operations and marketing
Help find new clients and partnerships
Support events, activations, and brand growth
Assist with opening new locations alongside the manager
