We're looking for people to run foam parties throughout the Chicago area.

This role is primarily Saturdays. We're looking for people who can work most Saturdays through the end of September. Sunday availability is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
- Drive to each event on your schedule and arrive on time
- Set up the foam party equipment (we provide everything)
- Play dance music (if you like, make your own playlist)
- Enjoy beautiful summer weather while children have the best time ever
- Pack up and head to the next event
No experience? No problem. It's easy to learn—we'll train you up. Running a foam party isn't difficult. What we're looking for isn't technical skill with a foam cannon—it's reliability. Showing up on time, ready to go, every weekend is what makes someone successful in this role.
Your schedule will vary weekend by weekend, but Saturdays you'll typically work 4–6 hours and Sundays typically up to 4 hours.

Between your base pay, bonuses, and tips, by the end of the summer you can expect to earn $30–50 per hour.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (briefly—we use wheeled carts but you still have to get everything in and out of your car)
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for most Saturdays through the end of September
The Ideal Candidate
You're the kind of person who shows up when you say you will. You're comfortable talking with parents and children. You enjoy being outdoors, taking responsibility, and helping create events people will remember.
You don't need experience with foam parties. If you're dependable, friendly, and willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
Many successful members of our team are teachers, college students, artists and performing artists, but all kind of people have excelled and loved this role.
