We’re hiring a Production Supervisor in our growing food processing operation:
What You’ll Do
- Lead production teams on your assigned shift
- Keep lines running safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Monitor quality, process controls, and documentation
- Partner with Sanitation, Maintenance, Quality & Warehouse
- Train team members on SOPs, safety, and food safety
- Reduce waste, downtime, and process issues
- Complete daily reports and communicate shift updates
What We Offer
- Pay: $70,200–$76,900
- Overtime eligible

What You Need
- 3+ years in production/manufacturing (food preferred)
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP & basic production processes
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cold/wet production environment
- Able to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
