Hours: Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-3pm. Hours based on individual level.
Position Expectations (including but not limited to):
1. Accountable for providing GRAND CHAMPION customer service to everyone and accountable for achieving & maintaining company goals.
2. Recruit, interview, hire, train and teach new drivers about Brenny’s Road Map to Success with an emphasis on our Promise- Driving to be Champions of Safety. Teach HOS, Pre/Post trips, safety processes and any related laws, regulations and culture expectations required of professional Brenny CDL drivers.
3. Safety clerical related duties (scan, file and keep all required records filed & paperwork clean).
4. Stay involved in safety meetings, MTA involved safety council meetings, company meetings, educational classes, networking events, chamber events & seminars. Research and retain knowledge regarding industry related publications.
5. Compliant with all FMCSA regulations – Ensure all new drivers meet DOT & company qualification and safety standards.
6. Assist with weekly driver email/recording.
7. Assist with Safety Banquet.
8. Assist with Driver safety points, program and fuel bonus.
9. Assist with handbook updates.
10. Driver time off requests.
11. Backup to assist with daily tracking of driver miles for driver payroll.
12. Backup to audit all toll bills and charge all owner operators accordingly.
13. Assist with hours-of-service violation reports.
14. Assist with and/or handle claims/incidents/accidents.
15. Work closely with Safety, Specialized dispatch team, Maintenance technicians and Brokerage department,
16. Conduct Coaching with all newly hired drivers.
17. Handle company parades & events, including but not limited to; planning, attending, recruiting team members to participate in, etc. Order food for company events &/or meetings as needed.
18. Build relationships with new and existing drivers *assess where drivers may need more training*
19. Driver recruiting, recruiting presentations to individuals as well as groups.
20. Set up and/or attend and host trade shows and recruiting events as needed.
21. Ability to attend some events after hours, willingness to be gone some overnight.
22. Trained on the Controlled Substance & Alcohol Policy, assist as needed.
23. Assist with all equipment licensing procedures.
24. Have the courage to deliver results.
25. Assist owners, managers, safety department & team members as directed.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-College degree or 2-4 years’ work experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
-This position may require some lifting. Accepting this position means you have no limits up to 20lbs.
-This position must possess a valid driver’s license, as errand running could be part of the duties.
-You may be required to obtain additional education if necessary.
-Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand
-Excellent Customer Service, phone skills & data entry – computer skills
-An understanding of the transportation industry, or desire to learn
-Able to work alone, as well as in a fast-paced team environment, with a smile on your face!

Pay: $45,760.00 - $58,240.00 per year
