The Tumble Gym is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Children's Gymnastics Instructors! If you love working with kids, enjoy staying active, and want to make a positive impact in children's lives, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for team members who are patient, dependable, and excited to help children learn, grow, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment!!
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a big, outgoing personality and loves engaging with children
- Brings enthusiasm, positivity, and energy to every class
- Is exceptionally reliable and dependable—our families and team count on us every day
- Is comfortable leading groups and isn't afraid to be silly, animated, and encouraging
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in showing up prepared and ready to contribute
- Is patient, kind, and passionate about helping children succeed
- Communicates well with both children and parents
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and contributes positively to workplace culture
- Is eager to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
- Wants to make a lasting impact on children's confidence and development
Experience working with children is a plus, but it is not required. We provide training and support for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, engaging, and structured gymnastics classes for young children
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for all participants
- Help children build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy being active
- Maintain class organization and follow all safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with parents, children, and fellow team members
- Assist with gym setup, cleanup, and general organization
- Serve as a positive role model for children and families
