Johnson Sewell Ford is one of the Texas Hill Country's most established and respected dealerships, proudly serving our community for decades. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Admin to join our Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team.
As our Service Admin, you will work alongside our Service Advisors to process customer payments accurately, assist with daily administrative tasks, and coordinate our customer loaner vehicle program. This includes scheduling loaner vehicles, completing loaner paperwork, tracking vehicle availability, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. You will also answer phones, maintain accurate records, assist with filing and office organization, and help support the daily operation of the service department while providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previous customer service, cashier, or office experience is helpful but not required. Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
