Also, have completed an 80 classroom course (or 3 years experience as a home inspector), and passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). Licensed Termite and Radon Testers a plus but not required. (we help get you the license)
Basic Job Description:
- Performing Home Inspections as a lead inspector.
Performing State Licensed Termite Inspections
Performing State Licensed Radon Testing
Good customer communication.
Responsible for all aspects of the inspection routine and issuing the report.
Attitude is more important than specific experience. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are a MUST. You must be punctual and able to follow directions. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Customer service and etiquette is a huge benefit.

Copies of any current licenses.- Compensation is based on experience. Experienced Inspectors can earn over 40K per year
