Wedgwood Montessori is an established Montessori school looking for engaged and interested people to join our team.
We have a strong preference for teachers who meet current MERIT/STARS requirements and are available to start immediately but are willing to guide excellent candidates through the process.
Schedule: 7am - 4pm
Compensation: $21-23/hr DOE
Duties will include:
Light daily cleaning (dishes, disinfecting, organizing)
Supervision & student engagement
Must have:
- Current Washington State Background Check
Must have the following certifications before first day
- Current CPR/First Aid
- State mandated continuing education (Bloodborne Pathogens, STARS, 1st Aid/CPR)
Special Consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:
2+ years experience working with children
Art, music, or theater experience
Foreign language experience
Computer literacy
