RARE Management, the team behind a family of successful restaurant concepts in Hershey, PA, is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our restaurant facilities.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional, handyman, skilled tradesperson, or subcontractor looking for consistent, ongoing work with a flexible schedule.

Pay & Schedule
- $20-$35 per hour
- 15-25 hours per week
- Consistent, year-round work
- Pay based on experience, skills, certifications, and demonstrated ability
Candidates with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or other trade certifications may qualify for the upper end of the pay range. Certifications are required for consideration at the highest compensation levels.
What You'll Do
- Perform general facility repairs and maintenance
- Complete painting, touch-ups, drywall repair, and wear-and-tear repairs
- Hang shelves, fixtures, décor, and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Power wash patios, sidewalks, and building exteriors
- Complete maintenance-related cleaning projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues
- Inspect facilities and identify repair needs before they become larger problems
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
- Help ensure our restaurants remain safe, clean, functional, and guest-ready
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman services, or a related trade
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
